Nice, recommended!
Very friendly staff, perfect location. Quite nice breakfast served at the Irish pub downstairs. Lawson minimarket also downstares, allways open.
One of two elevators was broken, the otherone really busy at times. Some permanent stains in the carpet of our room, and maybe cleaning could be improved a bit

The service is excellent, the room is very comfortable, the hotel is right next to the subway station, and there are many shops and restaurants to visit. The location is very convenient.

Wonderful
Location was perfect for tourists, right in the middle of everything. Room has good block out curtains that kept light out in the morning for a good sleep.
However, this location is a little further away from the station, about a 15 minutes walk and can be a bit difficult with luggage.

Wonderful
My room was smoking double since non smoking room was out of order when I reserved. I understand there was no non smoking room availabe when I checked in. A helpful front desk staff awared of this, he proactively suggested to arrange a extra cleaning service to remove the smell of smoking by using a specialised machine in the next day. Appreciated for his arrangemnt. Seperate bags are provided for new towels and used towels.
